Abstract: Entrepreneurs are not born, they are made. Learn how to identify & solve the next big problem. Popular culture often portrays Entrepreneurship as a messy, hit-or-miss process, driven by a charismatic founder. Disciplined Entrepreneurship, which is a framework developed at MIT for launching innovation driven new ventures, presents a structured approach for the same. In this talk, the audience will be engaged in understanding & applying the framework in a learning environment.

About the speaker: Nidhi Sharma is a Graduate Fellow at MIT. She identifies herself as an "Electronics engineer and Entrepreneur", and is highly interested in the commercialization of technology that can help people live better. Nidhi also serves as an Entrepreneurship Coach for the MIT xPro online course.
